Return and Refund Policy

At Big Dawg, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
- In the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and protective cases included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale.
Gift cards or promotional items.
Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
